The following is a guide to Ares' retal policy:
Pacted Alliance Retal: Will go according to our pact and FA's must approve these before the hits are taken.
Unpacted Alliance Retal: 1:1, 1:1 on DH 3:2, 5:3. FA contact four or more.
Untagged Countires: 2:1 5:2 7:3 Farm/Kill 4 or more. Farm/Kill RoR. Kill GS/BR/AB.
