Early leadership

DTA was an original member of the Illuminati X upon their formation in March 2000. He quickly established himself as an internal leader of the alliance and became IX's first Head of Internal Affairs under President DeityLord. During his tenure, IX went from an original 60 members in early 2000 to a stronger 150 members in early 2001. IX also became a great power contender and a major fighter in the Alliance Server.

First presidency

President DeityLord retired in mid-September 2001 and handed the reigns of the alliance to new President DTA. DTA was a transitional president at the time, meanwhile new foreign-minded leadership developed. However, DTA faced a serious task one month after taking office when ARROW attacked IX in October 2001 and started World War VI. IX was hit hard by ARROW and SOL during October and November of 2001 and yet was able to regroup and fight back thanks to DTA's internal organization. IX did not win the war, but DTA was successful in keeping IX in a solid position during both a transitional phase and world war. DTA stepped down from the presidency at the beginning of December 2001 and DeityLord returned for one final set as president.

Lust venture

DTA became an advisor to President DeityLord followig his one set as president. In early 2002, DTA also became active in the planning The Lust, a new alliance DeityLord was creating. DeityLord stepped down as President of the Illuminat X in February 2002 and announced his retirement from the game. Alena and DTA also announced their retirement with DeityLord's. However, DTA and the former IX leaders reappeared in the summer of 2002 as leaders in Lust. DTA was an Internal Affairs officer and worked with the new alliance's organization. Nonetheless, his tenure there proved short-lived, as DTA soon left Lust and took a long break from the game. It is notable that DTA kept his good standing with IX despite his Lust venture, in comparison to DeityLord, whose fights with Duque and Scarface made him an unwanted person in IX.

Return to leadership

DTA reappeared in the fall of 2003 and rejoined IX. Mega was President of IX and invited DTA to join IX leadership. DTA accepted and became Head of Internal Affairs by early 2004. President de1i then appointed DTA as the new Internal Vice President of IX during the fall of 2004.

Second presidency

President de1i retired in November 2004 and named DTA and Angelous his successors. DTA became Internal President and Angelous External President. IX had suffered consecutive military and political setbacks in the fall 2004 campaigns of the Lovehouse Wars, and Angelous and DTA went to work to turn the tide in IX's favor.

DTA sought to strengthen IX's internal structures and re-emphasized the chain of command within departments. DTA eventually increased membership to 180 players and helped continue IX's streak as the most powerful alliance of the time. DTA's strengthening of IX also paid off militarily since it helped IX win a hard-fought seventh war with SOL, and later World War X, the war that decisively ended the Lovehouse Wars.

A cheating scandal forced Angelous to resign and leave IX in early June 2005. DTA became sole president and he sought to reorganize IX around Floyd and Kaiser, who he appointed Vice Presidents days after Angelous' departure. DTA permitted these two new leaders to run IX's affairs during the June-July 2005 reset meanwhile he planned to step down.

DTA retired on July 20, 2005 and named Floyd and Kaiser Presidents of IX. DTA later received the title of Illuminatus and was inducted into the Illuminated Hall in December 2005, a recognition given in honor of his many years of distinguished service and leadership in IX.

Third presidency

DTA advised presidents Floyd, Kaiser, Warrior, and Angelous from the summer of 2005 until the summer of 2007. Angelous and Floyd were co-presiding IX in August 2007. However, Floyd was on his way to retirement and he eventually stepped down on August 19, 2007. Consequently, Angelous asked DTA to return to leadership and be his co-president. DTA accepted and on August 20, 2007 became President of IX for a third time.

DTA retired from the presidency on December 17, 2007 and appointed Prankster as his successor.
