Ghost acres

Ghost acres refer to the extra acres that are generated from a land grab.
The results of a successful land grab will be an amount of empty acres to be built on, as well as a number of buildings, with the types of buildings captured mirroring the buildings that the defending country had at the time of the attack.
These buildings that have been "captured" are not actually taken off the defending country, but are generated by the game, adding land to the game with every attack.
Ghost acres are generally viewed as a positive feature which was re-introduced by Earth Empires staff after having been removed from the game during Earth:2025.
