Internal Affairs

IA, or Internal Affairs is an administrative position in an alliance/clan. People of IA departments usually handle administrative functions such as site maintenance, awarding medals, and keeping an alliance running smoothly. Though exact roles differ on a per-alliance basis, you may also encounter the acronyms hIA, and aIA. These refer to the Head of Internal Affairs, and Assistant Internal Affairs respectively.
