'''The Alcoholic Hobo''' is an elusive, cunning, yet successful homeless person who set foot in the digital world of Earth 2025 in the tumultuous year of 1999. After being recruited by Arrow in the spring of 2003, Hobo always ran all-tank strategies and suicided on everything that crossed his path. However, after being taught how to run a country properly from beginning to end, he was promoted to the rank of sergeant and transferred to the Arrow Intelligence Agency and remained there until Arrow's breakup in the summer of 2005. 

Following the split, Hobo banded with fellow ex-Arrowers who remained loyal to Earth 2025 and helped create the Rogue Conspiracy to continue Arrow's legacy in the wake of the breakup. He remained there for one year before leaving the clan due to management clashes. After his resignation from TRC, Hobo was lured by Makinso and his candy van in a dark alley while walking home from work one day. Bound and gagged, he was thrown into the Sons of Liberty and became an operative in the SOL Intelligence Group in 2006.

As of now, Hobo is only semi-active, torn between real life and internet life.

Notorious for exploding into a thunderous fit of rage when he doesn't get his beer and having an extremely short attention span, Hobo is a mysterious player known for defying Johnny^k3nt's strategic advice and raising his own country's expenses too fast before the onset of wars. However, his SPAL count rivals that of Dragon's suicide/missile dump. Most notably, Hobo ran countries that reached 300 SPAL by the end of the third week of a new reset or offensive, suicidal strategies that relied purely on jets.

He is well-known for defying Johnny^k3nt and raising his maximum country deficit way too early before war comes and reducing income. However, his SPAL count rivals that of Dragon's suicide/missile dump country. 

He is almost drunk all the time, and has quite the short attention span, resulting in him running some of the most outrageous countries in Earth Empires. Most notably, Hobo ran countries that reach 300 SPAL by week 3, or countries that run purely on jets.

It's with a heavy heart that I announce my intentions for retirement after some 11 years of playing this game. My life's picking up at an extremely rapid speed, and I just don't have the time that I used to to commit to this game. The lack of real game updates as well as a diminishing player base also influenced my decision to leave.

I am currently doing quite well in my internship, and if I decide to continue working with this company in the near future, have a possibility to become a marketing director. This is an opportunity that I might not be able to pass up. In addition, I will be working for Goldman Sachs in the winter, which will add to my already busy schedule with university life.

He first started his tenure in Earth 2025 in the Fall of 1999, when he searched on Google for "Interactive Online Games." Messing around in Tourney before being recruited over to Arrow in the spring of 2003, Hobo used to run all-tanker strategies and suicide on everything that came across his path. After being accepted by Arrow, Hobo became a Sergeant and worked for the Arrow Intelligence Agency (AiA) until Arrow broke up in the summer of 2005. Following the split, Hobo followed some ex-Arrowers, more specifically Repture and Captain, and helped them form what would become The Rogue Conspiracy. He was in Rogue for roughly 1 year before splitting with the team due to management conflicts. 

After the split, Hobo was tricked by Makinso and his candy van while walking home in a dark alley. As a result, Hobo was molested and thrown into the SOL Intelligence Group in 2006. He used to work as a slave for ClayQ in the spy department until ClayQ suddenly vanished into the darkness with Hobo's beer. Hobo followed and returned with the beer, but ClayQ was never heard of again after the incident. Hobo went into steep depression and drank for 2 years nonstop. 

Hobo currently works in the spy department until September of 2007, where he was too busy to continue his studies in the spy trade because school creamed his butt. However, he has indicated a desire to return to the battlefield soon...
