Coalition

A coalition is a group of alliances working together towards a common goal. A coalition is normally either created with the intent to dominate a server, or with a mission to stop another coalition from achieving that goal. Alliances within a coalition will usually create a shared forum to encourage communication with other alliances in the coalition, and will often use the same medium (an IRC channel, etc) when conducting kill runs. Coalitions normally break apart either when their goals have been met, or when the alliances within a coalition realize that meeting their goals will be impossible.

Two of the biggest coalitions in Earth: 2025 history were TIL and it's counterpart anti-TIL aka the Union, during the TIL wars of 2001.
