A retaller is a country specially built for doing retals. They are almost always tyranny for the 20% gains bonus, and will have a lot of military strategy tech and will usually have a high jet to turret ratio. They are usually techers, but are sometimes done as farmer as well. Due to their military strategy tech and tyranny government they also make very good war countries.
