Same-country retals
-Single hit will be retalled at 80% L:L. -Multiple hits will be retalled at 80% L:L plus one for each extra hit (80% L:L plus one for double tap, 80% L:L plus two for triple tap, and so on). -Cross country retals will be on a 1:1 basis only. -More than four hits by one country on the same Neo country, or six hits on the entire tag will result in farming and/or death.
Cross-Country Retals
-Retals done on an attacking country that are made by any country that was not the defender of the original hit will be made on a 1:1 escalating scale (1:1, 3:2, 5:3, FA Contact:4)
Retaliation Window
-48 Hours for untagged countries that tagged up after being grabbed. -48 Hours for all single taps made by tagged countries. -72 Hours on all multiple grabs on the same Neo country by a single country. -72 Hours if there are 4 or more grabs made on the same tag by the same country within 48 hours. -72 Hours if the attacking country is 3 deep into Diminished Returns for at least 24 Hours of the original 48 Hour window.
Overretal/ Retal on Retal
Any country that has made a retal on us cannot be landgrabbed for 48 hours. Any country that landgrabbed us and was retalled cannot be landgrabbed for 48 hours. Violations of this will be retaliated at the cross-country retal rate plus one retal (2:1, 4:2, 6:3, FA Contact:4)
LANDGRABS IN LAST 3 WEEKS OF SET
All Landgrabs made in the last 3 weeks of the set will be retalled 150% L:L (before ghost acres). If large stocks are lost due to a grab within this timeframe, we reserve the right to increase this policy or seek reps as we see fit, pending FA contact.

NOTE
When we are grabbed, we will retal according to our policy. When you are grabbed by us, you retal according to your policy. FA contact is appreciated on all multiple hits and in any case where more than one retal will be performed.
