NOW3P is best known as HWCNG.  He was the spokesman for LaE during their denial phase of the most shmaeful cheating scandal in the history of text browser games.  His denials usually consisted of inarticulate epithets hurled recklessly at the investigators.  When he finally had to admit that LaEx existed and had cheated for many sets, he said it was his overarching loyalty to LaE that made him cheat.  Two weeks later he denied ever saying that and then denied there was ever any cheating by anyone associated with LaE.  For a detailed analysis of his psyche see the express forum post "psychopathology".
