Before the creation of Earth Empires, Ruthless was President of Ragnarok in Earth 2025. Ruth started playing Earth 2025 in 1997 in the Ragnarok tag. After becoming Diplomat in 1998, she was then promoted to President and retained that position from 2000 - 2008, becoming one of the longest reigning president in the game. Ragnarok moved to the Earth Council server in 2007 and merged with Zero Tolerance. When that merge did not work out, Ragnarok moved back to 1A server with Ashe as President.
