Overview
Your country's government determines it's specialty. When first created, every country is a Monarchy. This can be changed by accessing the 'Manage' Link on the left hand side, selecting a new government from the list and clicking on 'start revolution'.
Switching from a Monarchy to another government does not incur any penalties; however switching from any other form of government will result in a loss of a percentage of all your assets, starting at 14%. Larger countries may experience heavier losses.
