The following is the retal policy of RIVAL on the alliance server.
RIVAL only accepts (and performs) retals in a 48 hour retal window.
Landgrab (SS + PS):
1:1 or 80% L:L (whatever comes first)
3:2 (minimum 100%)
6:3 (minimum 120%)
10:4 (minimum 150%)

Retal on Retal (RoR):
2:1 (minimum 100%)
5:2 (minimum 150%)
9:3 (minimum 200%)
kill:4
Special Attacks (harmful spy ops, BRs, GSs, ABs or missiles):

NM will retal at 200% L:L
A landgrab made on a country within 48h after it has retalled on a hit, will be considered RoR and retalled following our RoR policy. After 48h the attack is considered a random landgrab.
If a country hits RIVAL and its fellow clan mates then put that country into Diminishing Returns (DR), and RIVAL hasn't retalled yet, RIVAL will take the land from someone else in the offending alliance.
