Before the creation of Earth Empires, Ruthless was President of Ragnarok in Earth: 2025. Ruth started playing Earth: 2025 in 1997 in the Ragnarok tag. After becoming Diplomat in 1998, she was then promoted to President and retained that position from 2000 - 2008, becoming one of the longest reigning president in the game. Ragnarok moved to the Earth Council server in 2007 and merged with Zero Tolerance. When that merge did not work out, Ragnarok moved back to 1A server with Ashe as President. Ruthless remained on Council Server and tried several tags including SoL, SoF, Rage and LaF until finding a home in [[IX], who was once Ragnarok's mortal enemy.
IX closed its doors and several IX members formed ReGen under the leadership of Trixx. When Trixx suddenly disappeared and left ReGen leaderless, Ruthless took over the Presidency and turned ReGen into a top alliance with the help of Badfish, Xintros, and several others. Ironically, Zero Tolerance was last seen in Earth 2025's last reset, getting crushed along with their allies in the Armageddon war by the combined might of Evo, NA, ReGen, Collab, and ICN.
Earth 2025 was suddenly ended and Earth Empires was formed. Upon moving to the new game, ReGen merged with several EEVIL members to create a new EEVIL. The former heads of ReGen joined the new heads of EEVIL to form the head council.
EEVIL joined RD in October 2010 and continues to play there today.
