Acquired in four ways
- Researching technology
- Buying technology on public market
- Leeching technology via research pacts
- Stealing technology via Land Grabbing(Standard Strike and Planned Strike) or Espionage(Commit Espionage Spy Op)
Purpose
To increase worker per capita income. This technology increases the tax revenues you collect a turn, thus making your country more money each turn. This is why cashers obtain this technology.
Along with residential technology, business technology is beneficial for all strategies because it increases per-capita income on all land types which generates additional tax incomes for the country. However, business tech should only be bought when the primary tech for that strat is approaching the maximum value.
