Occurred in 2004.

IX started this war and it was essentially decided in the first 48 hours. IX unloaded 10,760 hits and 60 kills on Arrow and the latter’s breaking power was virtually destroyed in the first strike. The war lasted for weeks and Arrow did show opposition. Nonetheless, their breaking ability was destroyed from day one and they could never recover from it. The war was decided on the initial attack and the war’s duration was a result of Arrow not surrendering rather than Arrow actually fighting back in force. At one point, IX thought about opening a second front against UCN once it was clear that ARROW could not win.
