Official Retal Policy Retalliation Policies

• Restrictions
  • All retals shall be completed within a 48 hour time frame for single grabs. Multiple grabs will add an additional 24 hours to our timeframe for a total of 72 hours.
  • All retals will be performed via Standard Strikes / Planned Assaults.
  • When Land:Land is called for, be aware that Ghost Acres do not count as part of land gained back.
  • When a retal is done by the original defending country, our Land:Land policy will be used instead of escalating retals.*See Land:Land policy*
  • If the attacking country is larger than 20% of the defending tag's top country, our Land:Land policy will be used instead of escalating retals. *See Land:Land policy* *See Restrictions: Bullets 3-4*

• Escalating Retal System
  • Multiple Grabs Clause
    • Multiple hits on the ICN tag by the same country will be retalled 2:1 escalating retals.
    • If 5+ countries from an individual tag grabs ICN in a 72 hour time frame, each grab, starting with grab #5, will be retalled 2:1, or if taken by the original defender, 125% L:L.
  • Unpacted Country
    • 1 landgrab = 1 retal (1:1)
    • 2 landgrabs = 3 retals (3:2)
    • 3 landgrabs = 5 retals (5:3)
    • 4+ landgrabs = farm/kill

• • Harmful Attacks / Harmful Spy Ops Retal policy
    • 1 attack = 2 retals (2:1)
    • 2 attacks = 4 retals (4:2)
    • 3+ attacks = Farm/Kill

• Land:Land policy
  • Land:Land will be used in all situations when the original defending member takes the retal him/herself.
  • Ghost Acres do not count as part of land gained back.
  • Retals using Land:Land will use the esclating L:L policy below:
    • 1 landgrab = 100% L:L - Stopping when 85% L:L is reached.
    • 2 Landgrabs = 125% L:L - Stopping when 100% L:L is reached
    • 3 landgrabs = 150% L:L - Stopping when 125% L:L is reached
    • 4+ landgrabs = farm/kill
• Last 3 weeks of the set
  • Any grabs 3 weeks from end of set will be retalled 150% L:L
  • Any grabs within the last 14 days of the set will be retalled 200% L:L

**If we feel that the offending clan's retal policy serves our needs better, we will use their retal policy over ours.**
