Moral Decay Retal Policy

The following is MD's retal policy:

• 1 SS/PS -> 1 PS retal (within 72 hours)
• 2 SS/PS -> 3 PS retals (within 72 hours)
• 3 SS/PS -> 6 PS retals (within 72 hours)
• 3+ SS/PS -> We decide whatever we want. We are likely to kill for this.
• Hits within 48 hours of a retal will be considered a RoR and be retalled accordingly. MD will decide what accordingly is (probably one of the 4 options above)
• 1 special attack (GS/BR/AB/missiles/harmful spy op) -> 1 PS retal (or reps if we are feeling generous).
• 2 special attacks (GS/BR/AB/missiles/harmful spy op) -> We will kill the offending country or do any number of PS retal until we are satisfied
• All topfeeds are retalled to at least 90% L:L if the regular retals return less then 90% of the land. Topfeeds are defined as when the defender has 25% more land than the attacker before the grab.
• An untagged country joining MDs tag always has the right to retal any hits made on that country while it was untagged in a country:country style within a 72 hour period of the original hit (escalating for multiple hits 2:1, 3:1 etc). MD will accept the same from other alliances, unless there is suspicion of massive FA to the country so it can take the retal. Any hits on the newly tagged MD country will follow the standard retal policy described above.
• 72 hour tag responsibility, for the avoidance of doubt any country tagging from your alliance to an alliance at war with MD must be killed within 48 hours by your alliance.
• Any and all landgrabs on MD performed in the final 3 weeks of a set will be retalled 150% L:L if the regular retals as described above return less then 150% of the land or unless we feel like doing more because your grab was really an asshole move.



Where it says 'PS retal' we may also do a SS retal if we are feeling generous.

When MD is the defending alliance, we will use our retal policy and enforce it, and when we are the attacking alliance your policy is all that matters, and our policy it not available for your convenience

If you change your retal policy mid-reset, we expect to be informed through our hFA. Otherwise we will only adhere to the retal policy you had at the start of the reset.
