Sanctuary Retal Policy

Retal Window

24 Hours for untagged countries that tagged up after being grabbed.
48 hours if only 1 retal is required.
72 hours if 2 or more retals are authorized (and if satisfying L:L requires more than 1 retal).
72 hours if 2 or more hits made on the same tag within 48 hours period.
72 Hours if the attacking country is 3 deep into Diminished Returns for at least 24 Hours of the original 48 Hour window.
If FA contact is made, the Retal Window will begin at the conclusion of FA contact.

Retal Method

Standard escalating for each hit on a country by the same country beginning at 1:1.
RoR or Over-Retalling will result in 200% L:L (maximum of 40% from Ghost Acres) or standard escalating beginning at 2:1, whichever is greater.
Farming and/or Death for 5+ hits on tag by same country in 48 hour period.
If attacker's land * 1.25 > defender's land, 100% L:L (maximum of 20% can come from Ghost Acres).
If 1 retal does not obtain 80% L:L before Ghost, or Ghost Acres do not combine to achieve 100% L:L, more hits shall be authorized.

Landgrabbing the Retaller

Any country that has made a retal cannot be landgrabbed by that same tag for 48 hours.
Any violations of this will be considered Over-Retalling or Retalling a Retal and subject to 200% L:L (maximum of 40% from Ghost Acres).

Landgrabs Near The End Of Set

All Landgrabs made in the last 24 days of the set will be retalled 150% L:L (before ghost acres) due to disruption of stock time and/or loss of stock. If larger stocks are lost due to a grab within this time frame, we reserve the right to increase this policy as we see fit. Ghost Acres will not combine to achieve the 150%.

All Landgrabs made in the last 10 days of the set will be retalled 250% L:L (before ghost acres) due to loss of stock and NW finish loss due to shortage of acreage. If larger stocks are lost due to a grab within this time frame, we reserve the right to increase this policy as we see fit. Reparations are interchangeable. Ghost Acres will not combine to achieve the 250%.

Retalling Per Other Alliance's Retal Policies

If an alliance grabbed us, we reserve the right to retal according to their posted retal policy.
