How is it possible to have >2bil on alliance nowadays? Is it removed or is it just taken into effect once the owner logs on? -Sifos

It's been removed; there's corruption instead, so that you lose 0.1% of all your cash above $2B every turn; so if you have $2,000,001,000 then you'll have $1 corruption per turn; $2.1B and you'll have $100k corruption per turn; $3B causes $1M corruption per turn; $5B causes $3M corruption.
