Earth Empires IRC Server
irc.earthempires.com (port 6667) is the official game IRC server. All alliances are welcome to setup their channels here. The main community channel is #earthempires; where players can meet other players and new players can ask questions. For more information on how-to connect to IRC, see the article about IRC.
News Feeds
News feeds allow players to see server news as it happens in the game. The following channels are the full feeds for each game server:
- #alliance, #express, #ffa, #primary, #team, #tourney
Tag specific news shows only happenings for <tag>. Example: /j #alliance.xRAGEx Would be the alliance server news for xRAGEx.
- #<server>.<tag> for any alliance Server and (tag); #alliance and #ffa show untagged news for those servers.
