Paradigm Retal Policy

The following is the retal policy of Paradigm on the alliance server.

• This policy is enforced both ways.

• Paradigm only accepts (and performs) retals in a 48 hour retal window.

• Paradigm retals land:land (L:L) for country:country. Paradigm only accepts L:L retals for country:country retals (not factoring in ghost acres). L:L retals stop once 80% (79.5% or higher is considered 80%) of the land has been recovered. Mixing SS and PS is allowed for L:L only if the final attack is an SS. Any DH CANCELS L:L claims.

• Paradigm retals 1:1 for alliance-wide retals.

• Mixing country:country and alliance-wide retals is prohibited.

• Paradigm considers any attack made on a country within 24 hours of that country making a retal on the attacking alliance to be a ‘retal on retal’ (RoR). Paradigm retals RoRs at L:L+1.

• Paradigm will only accept responsibility for (and only hold other alliances responsible for) de-taggers for up to 72 hours after de-tagging.

• Paradigm recognizes “topfeeds” as any grab where the L:L retal cannot be completed with 2 PS attacks. Paradigm reserves the right to retal these attacks at L:L+1 within the 48 hour retal window.

• Paradigm stands by their right to maim/kill/farm any country that is giving them (or Tisya) grief.

• Paradigm does not recognize the in-game action of declaring war as affecting the number of retals owed.

• If you try to outrun retals, Paradigm reserves the right to take the necessary actions to recover our land within the 48 hour retal window.

• Any pact signed by Paradigm supersedes these policies.

Paradigm will not retail any hits done by people from outside of the Paradigm tag. they will only retail internal hits. and EE will cease and desist all attempts of squashing a US citizen's right to free speech, or Paradigm will AB them into the ground.
