Money

Money is a fundamental resource in Earth Empires. Money is the fiat currency of Earth Empires that is used for trade of goods such as food, oil or military, and services such as constructing buildings, denoted by the $ symbol. It has a nominal value of 1/20000 networth, however goods and services purchased with it are worth far more. This is one concept that can be initially confusing, that money is not directly equatable with networth, and in fact it is virtually valueless in terms of networth, which counts more tangible items such as military, buildings, land, tech, missiles, and even population as much more valuable.
